A global enterprise is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Implementation Lead to support a multi-country time management transformation across the UK, France, and Poland. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and an external implementation vendor to deliver a compliant, scalable, and business-ready WFS solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end requirements delivery for the WorkForce Software (WFS) implementation across the UK, France, and Poland.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, capture business rules, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Serve as the SME for WFS timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance capabilities across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Review and validate vendor functional designs, configurations, and integration requirements.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including test case creation and defect resolution.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, governance checkpoints, and change-readiness activities across multiple countries.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of time, attendance, scheduling, and complex pay-rule design across European markets.
  • Proven experience leading requirements, solution validation, and testing cycles with external implementation partners.
  • Ability to translate multi-country business rules into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll integrations and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with similar workforce management platforms (Kronos/UKG, SAP Time, ADP Time) will also be considered.

Why This Role Matters

You will shape how timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance operate across key EMEA regions. This is a high-impact leadership role within a large-scale HR Technology transformation.
