SAP SF EC Payroll (Australia Payroll)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with Australian payroll experience. The consultant will be responsible for payroll support, troubleshooting payroll issues, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and assisting with payroll configuration and integrations. • 7+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors EC Payroll
• Strong experience in Payroll Configuration
• Hands-on experience with Australian or International Payroll
• Experience in payroll integration with Employee Central
• Good understanding of Time Management integration with Payroll
• Experience in issue resolution and production support
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and processesKey Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations (Australia/International)
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and integration-related issues
• Perform payroll testing including SIT, UAT, and parallel runs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes
• Support integrations between Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll
• Provide ongoing system support and maintenance to ensure performance and stability
• Prepare functional documentation and support audit/compliance requirements

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Experience in global payroll implementations or rollouts
