No salary. No cap. No excuses._ARLL is hiring B2B Sales Hunters — freelance, 100% commission.__We don't pay you to show up. We pay you to close.__Your commission is calculated on Income Gross (IG) — the total revenue you generate for the company on each deal. Not profit. Not margin. The full value of what you bring in.__Here's the structure:_20% of the first €10K you generate for the company — on every deal Plus: → €200 cash bonus for every new client you bring in → Monthly volume bonuses up to €3,000/month when your total monthly IG hits targets → Quarterly loyalty accelerator — up to €6,000 one-time bonus for consistent performers

Real numbers, not promises:_No fixed salary because we don't want people who need one. We want closers who know their income should reflect their output — not their attendance._What you'll sell: B2B liquidation lots — returned, overstock, and end-of-line goods from major European brands and marketplaces. Real products, real margins, verified manifests, 65,000+ buyers across 27 EU countries.

What you need:  

You can pick up the phone and sell 

You speak English + at least one EU language 

You have (or can open) a PFA, SRL, or II — you invoice us, we pay you 

 You don't need hand-holding. You need deal flow. We have it.

What you DON'T get: ❌ Fixed salary ❌ Paid vacation ❌ Someone telling you how many hours to work ❌ A ceiling on what you can earn

Your clients stay yours as long as you work them. You get full access to our stock list from day one. You choose your lots, you choose your buyers, you close your deals.

Quick math for your first month: 3 deals × €1,500 IG each = €4,500 generated for the company → €900 in deal commissions + up to €600 in new client bonuses + €300 volume bonus = €1,500–€1,800 in your pocket._The first deal is the hardest.
