Operational Recruiter - German & French Speaking | Operations & Blue-Collar Hiring

We're looking for a experienced Freelance Operational Recruiter (German & French speaking) to support a fast moving start-up with end-to-end hiring for operational and blue-collar roles. This isn't a strategic or advisory seat. You'll be posting jobs, screening candidates, running first-stage interviews and keeping the process moving from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Post and manage job adverts across relevant channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates for operational roles
• Conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operational teams
• Manage candidate communication throughout the full process
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Support end-to-end recruitment delivery in a fast-changing environment

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on recruitment experience, agency or in-house
• You have personally run full-cycle hiring, not just supported it
• Comfortable working independently with minimal structure
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Fluent in German and French, both are working languages in this role
• Solid English for business communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in operational, blue-collar, logistics or retail recruitment
• Exposure to start-up or scale-up environments
• ATS experience
