We are expanding our Australia-wide network and seeking motivated professionals to join us as Leadership & Personal Development Consultants. This remote, flexible opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to work independently, apply their leadership experience, and develop consultative sales and digital marketing skills within a proven business framework.

This is not a traditional job... it’s an opportunity to build your own digital consultancy while representing globally recognised personal development and leadership education programs.

Role Overview

As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you will:

• Work remotely with full flexibility over your schedule
• Use your leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring experience to support and inspire clients
• Apply consultative sales strategies to connect with leads and new clients
• Learn digital marketing, social media, and online branding
• Represent award-winning personal growth programs professionally and ethically
• Work autonomously while accessing ongoing mentorship, training, and proven business systems
• Attend our optional in-person training event in Brisbane on 7 December to connect with other consultants and receive hands-on mentoring

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in personal development, mindset, and self-improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Confidence speaking with people in a consultative, solution-focused way
• A laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection
• Minimum 15 hours weekly
