The Role:
As an Administration Specialist with French, you will play a key role in delivering seamless support throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, preparing regular reports, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
You will support a global leader in agricultural innovation dedicated to helping farmers grow more food while using resources responsibly. Operating in more than 100 countries, our client combines science, technology, and sustainability to address some of the world's biggest agricultural challenges. By supporting its recruitment operations, you will contribute to attracting the talent that drives innovation and helps shape the future of sustainable agriculture.
This is a 3 month fixed term opportunity, offering the chance to gain valuable experience within a dynamic, international environment.Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting recruitment team with tasks relating to interview scheduling.
- Day to day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates - by phone and email – to advise them on the progress of requests.
- Answering more complex queries and escalations.
- Working with recruitment systems and technologies and ensuring they are being used effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French – both verbal and written
- Proven track of previous experience working in a similar role, ideally in HR/recruitment administration, office administration, or corporate customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and experience in managing team workload
- Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually
