Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Talent Acquisition Resourcer to help us scale our high-performing teams. You’ll be sourcing top-tier talent across Software Development, Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, with a strong focus on candidates holding SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates with expertise in Software Development (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Nodejs), Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, BA, and PM etc
- Identify and engage security-cleared professionals (SC) via job boards, social platforms, and industry events
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical capabilities and cultural alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or in a similar Technical Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development, cloud technologies (Azure & AWS), and delivery functions (Testing, BA, PM).
- Experience recruiting candidates within the public sector or with security clearance highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
