• Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs;
• Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports;
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of scheduling systems, data, and processes;
• Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development;
• Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building;
• Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fulfill open project demands. Skills that make your work successful:* Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent command in English and Polish is a must;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite with a particular focus on Excel;
• Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership;
• Capacity for in-depth analysis;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR;
• Customer Service in Hospitality - is an advantage;
