Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in HR systems. The role focuses on supporting HR technology initiatives, including HRIS systems, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for HR systems and processes
• Analyze workflows related to recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams
• Support HR system implementations and enhancements
• Create documentation and user stories
• Participate in testing and validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience in HR systems or HR domain
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• Familiarity with reporting tools
